1. How do I know which size hat will fit me?

Our hats come in three sizes: M, L and XL. Most ladies wear a M, most men wear a L, and if you have a really big head, XL is for you. To double-check, measure around your head just above your ears and compare it to the size guide on each product page.

2. How can I pay for my order?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Capitec Pay, debit and credit cards. All payments are processed securely through trusted South African payment partners.

3. How long does delivery take?

We ship throughout South Africa, and orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days depending on your area. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order’s on its way.

4. What if my hat doesn’t fit or I change my mind?

You can return or exchange your hat within 7 days of delivery as long as it’s unworn and in original condition. Just email us and we’ll help you with the next steps.
