Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We ship nationwide within South Africa via The Courier Guy.

Shipping Time: Orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days.

Order Dispatch: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Shipping Cost:
• Free shipping on orders over R1000
• R85 flat rate for orders under R1000

If you are not available to receive a delivery at your home or delivery address, you may choose to collect your parcel from a Courier Guy Locker instead. Lockers can be more convenient as parcels are held for 36 hours for collection.

To select this option, please enter the locker location in the Apartment, suite, etc. (optional) field at checkout and indicate that it is a Courier Guy Locker.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel here:

Once your order has been dispatched, Morals the Brand is no longer liable for the parcel. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or collect the parcel from the selected locker.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through our logistics partners, TUNL.

Shipping Cost: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Delivery Times:
• UPS and FedEx: typically 4–7 working days
• Economy Shipping (United States only): approximately 14–20 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Morals the Brand is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services once the parcel has left South Africa.
